Our philosophy is simple: less is more. Instead of managing dozens of properties scattered across town, we focus on just a few — and we make sure they’re always clean, comfortable, and well cared for.
All our homes are located within one quiet block in Kramersdorf, which allows us to provide consistent service, fast support, and that personal touch that makes all the difference.
We don’t aim for hundreds of properties — just a few that feel like home.
We’re also huge fans of Namibia, and Swakopmund in particular — its charm, its coastline, the foggy mornings, the nearby dunes, and the incredible sense of space. It’s more than just where we work — it’s where we live, explore, and raise our families. That love for our home reflects in how we run our accommodation.
Our team may be small, but we’re deeply passionate. Every member shares the same goal: to make your stay easy, enjoyable, and memorable. We don’t use call centers or outsourced property managers — when you reach out to us, you’re speaking to someone who knows the homes, the town, and your booking inside out.
